TRAVEL PROTECTION CLAIMS

We are here to help with the goal of making your claims process easy! To initiate a claim, please contact the Claims Department by phone at either the numbers listed below. It would be helpful to locate your policy number from your confirmation email before calling.

A representative will help you to get the claims process started and send you the correct claim form and advise you of any supporting documentation that should be submitted with your claim. The nature of your claim (e.g. trip delay, trip cancellation, baggage delay) will determine what additional information that is needed. Claims can be submitted via US mail, fax, or via email.
